• Use your random handle. Do not share your own or someone else's real name, email, phone number, photograph or identifying details in a post.
• Share experience gently. No harassment, hate, threats, graphic content, spam or pressure to disclose a pregnancy or loss.
• No medical diagnosis, treatment instructions or claims of certainty. Encourage professional care when someone has symptoms or health questions.
• Let each person choose her pace. The after-loss path is optional; never push someone to explain.

Moderation and safety

Every post enters a human pre-approval queue. Local filters can block contact details, but a person reviews posts before they appear. Use report and block tools in the app; reported content can be hidden pending review. Contact sundaytechventures@gmail.com for moderation concerns.

In a crisis

Peer support cannot respond to emergencies. For severe pain, heavy bleeding or immediate danger, seek a doctor or local emergency service. In India, the government lists KIRAN's mental-health support line at 1800-599-0019. It is not a substitute for emergency care. Government listing ↗
